What's included in the Free tier?
The Free tier gives you permanent access to 3 training modules and 5 roleplay scenarios — no time limit, no credit card. It's a genuine free tier, not a trial. Upgrade when you're ready for everything.
How does annual billing work for Premium Individual?
Annual billing for Premium Individual costs $149/year — equivalent to $12.42/month — saving you 35% vs monthly. You're billed once per year and can cancel before renewal. Features are identical either way.
How do team plans work?
Team plans are for restaurant managers. You create a Manager account, set up your restaurant, then subscribe to a Starter or Pro Team plan. You get an invite link to share with your staff — when they join, they automatically get full access through your location's plan. Each location is billed separately.
What's the difference between Starter and Pro Team?
Both Starter Team and Pro Team include the full team training foundation: all 30 training modules, Roleplay Training, the Manager Dashboard, the ability to assign required modules, weekly team digests, certificates of completion, and EN/FR/ES support. Pro Team expands capacity from 10 to 30 staff and adds custom AI scenarios tailored to your menu, advanced analytics with CSV reports, and priority support.
Can staff on a team plan use the app independently?
Yes — each staff member has their own account with their own progress, badges, streak, and certificate. The team plan simply unlocks full access for everyone connected to that location.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel any subscription at any time. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. Team plan cancellations affect all staff in that location at the end of the period.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, and Google Pay where supported. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Enterprise customers can arrange invoice-based billing.
What is Enterprise pricing?
Enterprise is custom-quoted based on number of locations, staff count, and features required (white labeling, SSO, SLA, etc.). Contact us and we'll put together a proposal within one business day.
