About ServeMaster

The training platform built by hospitality professionals, for hospitality professionals.

Our mission

Great service isn't luck — it's a skill. And like every skill, it improves with deliberate, structured practice. ServeMaster Academy exists to give every restaurant server access to the kind of training that used to be reserved for fine-dining institutions with huge training budgets.

We believe that a server in their first month deserves the same quality of coaching as someone working in a Michelin-starred dining room. That conviction is baked into everything we build.

What makes us different

🤖
AI that actually coaches
Our AI guests react the way real guests do — and then give you specific, actionable coaching feedback after every exchange. Not generic tips. Feedback on exactly what you said.
🎤
Voice-first practice
Training that makes you speak out loud matters — because that's how service actually works. Our Whisper-powered voice mode makes practice feel real.
🇫🇷
Trilingual EN / FR / ES
Built from day one for North America's multilingual hospitality market. Every module, term, and scenario is available in English, French, and Spanish.
📱
Mobile-first design
Servers work on their feet. We designed the app to be used on your phone — during breaks, on your commute, or in the 10 minutes before a shift.

Built for the whole team

Whether you're a new server finding your feet, a seasoned professional working toward sommelier certification, or a restaurant manager trying to build a high-performing team — ServeMaster Academy has a path for you.

Our Manager Dashboard lets restaurant owners and floor managers track staff progress, see quiz scores, and identify where their team needs extra support — without sitting in on every shift.

From the Founder

Hi, I'm Kirk Adamson

I've spent most of my life in and around fine-dining restaurants — as a guest, an enthusiast, and eventually someone who cared deeply about why the best restaurants feel so different from the rest. It's almost never the food alone. It's the server who reads the table, recommends the right wine without being pushy, and makes you feel genuinely looked after.

The problem I kept seeing: servers who wanted to be great simply weren't being taught how. Training was informal, inconsistent, and built around whoever happened to be on shift that night. I built ServeMaster Academy to change that — to give every server, at every level, access to the kind of structured, expert-led training that used to be reserved for Michelin-starred kitchens.
